My journey began with a foundation in graphic design and marketing, which I fortified through a Master's in Instructional Design and Technology. My design philosophy centers around "Beginning With The End in Mind," utilizing instructional design models such as ADDIE, The Six Disciplines for Breakthrough Learning, and Action Mapping. I am proficient in tools like Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Vyond,  various project management tools and the Adobe suite.

What I find most fulfilling in my field is crafting engaging learning experiences that align with organizational goals and drive meaningful business improvements. Identifying performance gaps allows me to collaborate with stakeholders and develop effective strategies that deliver tangible results. There's nothing more rewarding than witnessing desired changes and successes unfold.
