Scalable Learning Solutions

I design and lead scalable learning programs that improve role readiness, reduce cognitive load, and align to business priorities. These solutions include multi-stage onboarding journeys, targeted performance-based programs, and blended leadership development experiences. Each project reflects a strategic approach to enabling performance at scale across retail banking roles.

Onboarding Redesign

I analyzed our frontline onboarding by mapping all transactional courses in Mural to spot redundancies, blending opportunities, and better sequencing. This revealed the need to rethink the frequency and structure of our new hire courses, which I raised to my leader. While redesigns are pending new systems, my analysis sparked broader discussion and highlighted ways to streamline and modernize the program.

Specialized Product Path Redesign

A complex product module was being delivered at the end of onboarding, long before employees would apply the information. I redesigned it into a role-specific, performance-based path that focuses on the essential tasks employees actually complete. By moving this content out of onboarding and creating both ILT and eLearning versions with reinforcement activities, the experience became more timely, relevant, and actionable.

Manager Training Program

I developed a manager training program that clarified expectations around coaching, documentation, and escalation of performance issues. The program included realistic scenarios and clear process guidance, supported by post-training support to help leaders apply what they learned. This strengthened consistency across the organization, decreased lawsuits and increased manager confidence in handling performance conversations.

Emotional Intelligence Program

I created a blended emotional intelligence program grounded in evidence-based frameworks to help leaders improve communication, self-awareness, and interpersonal effectiveness. The experience combined instructor-led sessions, a virtual workshop, and reinforcement touchpoints, allowing leaders to practice and apply EQ concepts in real workplace situations.
